About Professional Education Foundation
The Professional Education Foundation (PEF) is a nonprofit dedicated to one goal: ensuring that no deserving Pakistani student loses access to university education because of financial hardship.
Founded in 2009 by Taha Hafeez, PEF began with 75 students in Karachi. Today it is one of Pakistan's top 5 NGOs, supporting 3,700 students every year across 41 universities.
PEF USA is the American chapter, established to bring that mission to the Pakistani diaspora in the United States. Every dollar donated goes entirely toward student tuition fees. The board of governors personally covers all administrative costs.

Our dedicated review panel evaluates each application thoroughly against our established merit and financial need criteria for final approval.
Admission Granted
Once selected, your university fees are paid directly to the institution on your behalf, securing your place in the program.
